A Great Weekend..

So, my weekend started out with meeting Courtney, Meg, Tony, Bev, Brandon, and Blaine at Brunos on the Levey for dinner. We had 3 orders of Bruno Dough(Bruno Balls as Meg likes to call them) and two pizzas! It was delicious :o)

After dinner...everyone but Meg went out to our house. The boys(Blaine, Tony, and Brandon) all went out into the woods to search for mushrooms. And the girls( Court, Bev, and myself) all sat around in the living room and talked. It was really nice. It's been a long time since I've just sat and talked with my girls! :o) I really enjoyed it. Its always a good time when we all get together. After the boys were done hunting..we all went outside and sat around the bonfire. That is one thing that I really enjoy about this time of year. I love having people over for cookouts and parties. While sitting around the fire we discussed our summer plans. We want to organize some camping trips and random get-togethers. Court and I also decided that since she will be working in Lafayette this summer, we will get together at least one time each week throughout this summer! I love spending time with my best friend but sometimes it's hard because we live so far away and our schedules are so busy.

After the fire..we came inside and sat around the kitchen table and listened to music and played cards..It was a great night.

The rest of the weekend was spent with Blaine. It's been a long time since we've been able to relax at home together without having to be somewhere at a scheduled time. I really enjoy those days when we can just be together with no worries!

It was a great weekend..

Now, we've got four more days then it's off to Kentucky with the Kemps! :o)
